'When I see my partner on his own or her own, doing something in which they are enveloped, I look at this person, and I momentarily get a shift in perception, and I stay open to the mysteries that are living right next to me.'

relationships

Relationship therapy can help us pause and take a deeper look at what is really happening in our relationships.  It can help us understand and accept ourselves and our partners.

We can learn skills that will become the habits of tending to our own needs and offering support to our partners. This can enable us to foster intimacy as well as deepen and solidify our connections together.

As a GSRD affirmative therapist with a specific interest in supporting neuroqueer, queer and neurodivergent clients, I will support you in unpicking old patterns and building a shared language for your unique needs to turn the differences you experience in your relationship into strengths.

Together, we will focus on fostering joy and self-worth, ensuring you feel seen, heard, and respected.
